The Scheme managers that work in the Lifeline services team are based at the various sheltered and extra care complexes across the town and support tenants to live safely and independently in their own communities.

A scheme managers day is varied with responsibilities relating to building management: monitoring legionella, fire safety, repairs, site safety audits along with supporting tenants, their families, carers and professionals that our service come into contact with whilst delivering services.andnbsp;
Carrying out daily calls, visits, responding to emergency calls within the scheme, facilitating activities and planning events is also an important part of the role so someone with the ability to engage and encourage people is vital.andnbsp;
