We are looking for Holidays Cottage Cleaners to clean and prepare our stunning holiday cottages at Hemmick and Penare, near Gorran Haven, PL26 6NY. You’ll be working on the Roseland Peninsula, not far from Dodman Point. Our holiday cottages are popular all year round where guests love taking in the network of footpaths, creeks, cliffs, woodland, and open countryside or relaxing on the beautiful beaches at Vault, Gorran and Hemmick.
As the cottages are remote you will require your own transport as public transport is limited.
Salary: £12.25 per hour
Contract: Permanent. This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year.
Working hours/ pattern: 625 hours per year, average of 12 hours per week.
The changeover days will fall Monday to Saturday, so flexibility is essential due to popular short breaks and late bookings. The start time would typically be 9.30am to 10 am and the changeover time will vary from 4 to 6 hours depending on the size of the cottage. Rotas are issued in advance and we will try to accommodate other commitments. Due to last minute and short breaks, we do require flexibility.
Interview: 25th September 2025
Potential start date: ASAP
'Internally you will be known as a Holidays Operation Assistant'
