Summary
We’re seeking a driven and ambitious individual to step into a high-impact leadership path. As a Sales and Marketing Management Trainee, you’ll learn how to lead and grow a team of sales professionals while being hands-on with both customer acquisition, day-to-day office operations and self-development.
About the Role
Be prepared to take ownership of your own results and the development of others. Your responsibilities will include the following:
* Setting and maintaining high sales standards for yourself
* Training and developing new starters—helping them gain confidence and build a strong mindset
* Recruiting and interviewing on behalf of the company—spotting A-players and making recommendations
* Daily tracking of personal and team KPIs, using SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timed)
* Engaging in public speaking, networking, and leadership meetings
* Conducting business trips, creating future leaders and managing a high-performing crew

Pay
We use a Hybrid Payment Model to give you security and scale:
* Guaranteed base pay — regardless of sales.
* Uncapped commission — we don’t believe in limits.
* Bonuses based on individual and team performance.
* Profit share opportunities once you reach management level.
Progression
Junior Manager
* Transition to full office days
* Learn operations, legal, finance, and HR
* Lead performance, develop future leaders
* 80% office | 20% field
Senior Manager
* Full autonomy over a campaign and office of 20+ people
* Directly manage client contracts, hiring, and profit
* Hybrid schedule | Profit-share model

Must-have Qualifications
1. Live in Manchester. If not, willing to relocate for the job role, or prepared to travel there daily.
2. Currently have the right to work in the UK through British citizenship or Indefinite Leave to Remain.
3. Able to perform the physical requirements of a role that involves being active and on your feet for extended periods of time.
4. We must fill this position urgently. Available for start immediately (or within short notice), ready to
have a non-negotiable 100% attendance and punctuality Monday through Friday for the first month.
