We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Bar Manager to join our dynamic team at a prestigious luxury hotel and spa. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to an exceptional guest experience in a renowned establishment known for its outstanding hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing daily operations of the bar, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
-Supervise and train bar staff, fostering a positive and professional team environment.
-Manage stock levels, conduct inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
-Deliver outstanding customer service, creating memorable experiences for guests.
-Collaborate with the management team to develop innovative cocktail menus and enhance bar offerings.
-Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in a supervisory role within a high-end bar or hospitality setting.
-Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and beverage trends.
-Excellent leadership and communication skills.
-Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
-A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What We Offer:
-Competitive salary of £33,000 per annum, plus approximately £6,500 in tronc.
-Live-in accommodation available (subject to availability).
-A 48-hour workweek spread over 5 days.
