We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to drive a data-led, innovative approach to how we attract, assess and onboard talent into the critical roles Defence needs. You’ll lead on recruiting complex, high-demand positions within the digital profession, while also supporting other business-critical roles across the Defence Enterprise.

This role offers the chance to work directly with senior stakeholders, influencing the technology, processes and policies that will shape how we recruit in the future. You’ll help design and deliver a faster, clearer and more engaging candidate journey, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience, from first contact to onboarding. You’ll shape the direction and guide decisions, helping set the standard for how Defence secures the best talent.

Key Responsibilities

Lead recruitment for complex, hard-to-fill digital roles, alongside other business-critical positions.
Line-manage a recruiter to ensure a consistent, efficient and high-quality candidate journey, from attraction through to onboarding.
Work closely with the business to align recruitment activity with workforce plans and build recruitment delivery plans, that ensures the right people are hired for both current and future needs.
Maintain accurate recruitment data, analyse market intelligence and present insights to senior stakeholders, highlighting challenges and recommending solutions.
Influence the development of recruitment technology, processes and policies, to improve outcomes across the MOD.
Operate effectively in a highly regulated environment, using sound judgement to challenge appropriately and secure the best outcomes.
Champion diversity, inclusion, and social mobility in all recruitment activity while building capability in hiring managers.
