Production & Hygiene Operatives
We are recruiting for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join a well-established food production. Whether you're supporting pastry production or helping to maintain high hygiene standards. Full training is provided, so no previous experience is required.
Location: Falmouth
Available Roles:
- Production Operative - 14:00 to 22:00, Monday to Friday
- Hygiene Operative - 06:00 to 14:00, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing, packing, and checking pastry products to a high standard
- Cleaning and maintaining production areas, machinery, and equipment
- Following food safety, quality, and hygiene procedures at all times
- Working as part of a team to achieve daily targets
- Keeping work areas organised and safe
Pay & Benefits:
- £12.21 per hour
- Weekly pay

- Able to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail
