TEMP - Part-Time Outreach Worker (22.5 hours per week)
Location: Telford
⏰ Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Temporary - 8 weeks initially
- Provide outreach support to victims and survivors of domestic abuse, including telephone and face-to-face contact.
- Complete assessments, safety planning, and signpost to specialist services.
- Deliver group sessions such as Seeking Safety and The Freedom Program.
- Offer crisis support, helping clients navigate child protection, housing, or justice processes.
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure safeguarding responsibilities are met at all times.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Compassionate, resilient, and able to support clients in crisis.
- Experienced in working with vulnerable groups (experience in domestic abuse services is essential).
- Skilled in partnership working and building positive relationships.
- Organised with strong record-keeping and communication skills.
- Clear Enhanced DBS on update service.
