Amalfino operates within our Four Points by Sheraton hotel, positioned in the West End of Edinburgh; Haymarket. It is from here that we present our guests and customers with the ultimate culinary experience where they can savour the flavours of Italy in our authentic Italian restaurant. From the moment they step into the elegant ambiance of Amalfino, they are transported to the heart of Italy, where each dish is crafted with passion and tradition. Our array of mouth-watering pastas and pizzas, succulent meats, and delectable desserts are all expertly prepared by our skilled chefs.

YOUR CORE PURPOSE WILL BE:


To ensure that the breakfast quality standards are upheld
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Ensure that work areas are tidy and no cross contamination
Receive and check deliveries
Preparation for breakfast along with any other tasks assigned by the Head Chef
