Are you an experienced Plant Foreman or Workshop Supervisor looking for your next step? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading hire company in Birmingham as a Plant Foreman, where you’ll take on a key role managing a skilled team of engineers while still remaining hands-on with plant machinery.

Responsibilities of the Plant Foreman:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of workshop engineers.
Remain hands-on carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on plant machinery including diggers, dumpers, telehandlers, and other equipment.
Ensure workshop performance, efficiency, and safety standards are maintained.
Work closely with management to deliver excellent service and minimise downtime of equipment.

About You:

Proven background as a Plant Foreman, Workshop Supervisor, or Senior Engineer within the plant or tool hire industry
Strong knowledge of servicing and maintaining plant machinery or small tools.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and lead a team while staying hands-on.
