Your pay rate as a Warehouse Operative:
Pre 12 weeks
- AM shift: £12.21 per hour
- AM overtime £18.32
- PM shift: £13.26 per hour
- PM Overtime: £19.89
- Night shift: £14.30
- Night shift overtime: £21.45
- Break: 30 minutes unpaid break, 15-minute paid break
Post 12 weeks
- AM shift: £13.20 per hour
- AM overtime £19.80
- PM shift: £14.90 per hour
- PM Overtime: £22.35
- Night shift: £17.56
- Night shift overtime: £26.34
- Break: 30 minutes unpaid break, 15-minute paid break
Typical working hours as a Warehouse Operative:
Any 5/7 days, PM and AM shift
Duties as a Warehouse Operative:
- Picking, packing, loading, unloading, moving, storing, palletising products.
- Managing received goods or goods for dispatch.
- Keeping accurate records, either paper-based or on a computer.
- Complying with health and safety requirements.
- Labelling items
- Clean & go policy
- Maintaining equipment
