Are you passionate about premium womenswear and ready to lead a new team? Poetry is excited to announce the opening of our new store in South Kensington, and we're looking for a talented Assistant Store Manager to help us build a flagship location.

Designed in our London studio, each collection blends global fashion trends with influences from art and culture, creating effortlessly wearable pieces that celebrate femininity and attention to detail.
The Role:
As our Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be a crucial part of our team, supporting the Store Manager and inspiring a team to deliver outstanding customer service. You'll be a role model for exceptional client and selling behaviours, helping the team build strong customer relationships and create wardrobes that make our customers feel their best.
In the Store Manager’s absence, you will take full responsibility for the store, ensuring smooth operations, motivating the team to achieve sales targets, and maintaining company standards. This is a chance to step up and showcase your leadership skills in a brand-new store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead by example, providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Coach and inspire the team to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain operational excellence and high store standards.
• Support and develop team members to help them grow.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Poetry, upholding our values.
About You:
We're looking for a leader with a genuine passion for premium retail. You should have:
• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Manager OR 2 years as a Key Holder.
• Experience in premium fashion retail is a strong advantage.
• A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• A proactive, organised approach with a knack for driving sales.

• A competitive salary of up to £34,000 per annum (DOE).
• A full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis).
