They are currently looking for a Warehouse Manager to join them and provide hands on leadership to a small warehouse team to support the manufacturing and installation plans.

The Role – Warehouse Manager
The Warehouse Manager role will lead the Warehouse Team to ensure they are engaged and high performing with a focus on improved performance through team work & problem solving.
Key responsibilities include:
• Measure and manage team performance ensuring the manufacturing plan is 100% supported
• Ensure all despatches to site are made on-time and promptly
• Maintain a schedule of cycle counting and routine stock checks
• Optimise the use of storage space on an ongoing basis through racking reconfiguration, use of outdoor storage and the management of returned goods
• Promote and develop a strong safety culture, lead a culture of continuous improvement and promote the application of 5s
About You – Warehouse Manager
You will have proven experience in a Lead Warehouse role in a Manufacturing business. You will have excellent leadership skills with the ability to implement CI and LEAN principles.
You will ideally have:
• Ability to implement and effect change to improve performance.
• Working knowledge of lean and continuous improvement techniques.
