Working with our front of house team of Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapists and Rehabilitation assistants, on AMU, SDEC, ED as part of the wider multi disciplinary team. Completing therapeutic assessments and treatments. Discharge planning, ordering essential equipment for discharge and completing referrals to community services to support safe and timely discharges as well as considering future admission avoidance. Support and supervise junior members of the team and students. You will be encouraged to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and to participate in training, service development and clinical meetings. A flexible attitude, excellent interpersonal and team working skills are essential.
