Crynodeb
The role will form part of the Admin & Clerical Transformation Team, to support the delivery of the A&C Transformation programme across the Trust as part of NUHs Care Optimisation and Financial Sustainability Plan. The successful applicant will work closely with Care Groups and Corporate Teams to execute programme objectives. We are seeking a proactive and experienced programme co-ordinator who can: Demonstrate strong persuasive and negotiating skills to ensure effective engagement of all parties and effective assurance of the projects across all work streams and stakeholders. Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels within the programme to achieve benefits realisation. Navigate large-scale transformation programmes with a strong understanding of change management, improvement methodology and performance delivery.
