We have a full-time vacancy for a Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team in Devon. This is a homeworking role with expectations to travel across the region as required, including visits to services and local offices. You'll need to have provisions in place to work effectively from home while remaining flexible to meet service needs. As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will provide strategic and clinical leadership to a locally defined team within the Marie Curie Nursing Service. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring high-quality palliative care is delivered in the community, supporting patients to remain in their place of choice. You will oversee service development, workforce planning, and quality assurance, while also managing safeguarding investigations and clinical incidents. This is a senior managerial position with significant scope for professional development. You'll collaborate with commissioners, GPs, hospices, and other stakeholders to shape services and identify growth opportunities. Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Between the hours of 08:00-18:00) Contract: Full-time Permanent Location: Home working with some office requirement Salary: £47,810 - £54,710 per annum (pro rata), in line with NHS Agenda for Change (AFC).
