Crynodeb
The post holder will ensure that patients, services users, families and carers have a positive safe and high quality experience when accessing and receiving care, treatment, advice and support from Procare employees and will ensure learning is shared and embedded in situations where things did not go as well as they should have. To deliver nursing care in accordance with national and local policy and guidance and in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Council. The post holder will work under the direction of the District Nurse to support the management of a team of nurse, associate practiitioners, health care assistants and phlebotomists ensuring the effective, efficient, safe and high quality nursing assessment, treatment and delivery, and evaluation of nursing care to patients and carers within their own home setting.
