Crynodeb
As a senior nurse leader for the Primary Care, Community Services and Complex and Long-Term Care Division, the post holder will take a lead on identified nursing recruitment and retention drives and advise on hard to recruit areas using a variety of means to both recruit new staff and retain established staff. The post holder will be expected to work closely with the Divisional Nurse/Associate Director of Nursing, Primary Care, Community Services and Complex and Long-Term Care to measure and continuously improve standards of care and the patient experience, in accordance with agreed objectives, targets, quality standards, controls whilst remaining within resource constraints. The post holder is pivotal to ensuring safe, timely and compassionate care. The post holder is professionally responsible to the Divisional Nurse/Associate Director of Nursing, Primary Care, Community Services and Complex and Long-Term Care and will deputise for the Divisional Nurse/Associate Director of Nursing, Primary Care, Community Services and Complex and Long-Term Care on all professional nursing issues related to Primary Care, Community Services and Complex and Long-Term Care.
