Crynodeb
The post holder will be expected to take on a leadership role within the team overseeing all clinical activity and ensuring support for the team members. This will include responsibility for all governance and reporting requirements, rota and absence management and staff induction and orientation. You will also work with the team in carrying out all required clinical duties. This role will require you to take responsibility for identifying education needs for team members including student midwives and ensuring compliance with all mandatory training. It will give you the opportunity to support Quality Improvement projects and implement new local and national initiatives.
