Job Advert - People Advisor (12-month Maternity Cover) Hybrid | £40,228 | 12 - month Fixed Term Contract Be the Difference Behind the People. Now, we’re looking for an experienced and driven People Advisor to join us on a 12-month maternity cover contract - a key role within our dynamic People Team. What You’ll Do: This role will provide expert advice and guidance on the application and interpretation of the full range of people related policies and procedures, building trusted effective relationships, ensuring consideration of the Group’s values, good employment practice and legal requirements. Our People Advisor will support and work closely with the Senior People Advisors as a cohesive advisory team, to partner, coach and guide our line managers, deliver projects and process improvements. This full-time role will be agile with the requirement to attend Leyland based offices on a regular basis due to business need. What You’ll Bring: Working knowledge of employment law and experience of providing high quality generalist HR support. Experience in Employee Relations, sickness absence management and coaching line managersA CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience)TUPE and restructure experience an advantage.A collaborative, solution-focused mindset Why Progress?
