We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to provide first-class service in a vibrant office environment.
You will be responsible for meet-and-greet duties, issuing passes, and being the main point of contact for visitor and colleague requests.
Job Description
Footfall varies depending on the day, with occasional events hosting up to 150 people, where you may be required to manage the pass table.
On quieter days, the office may see around 70 people. The role offers excellent progression opportunities, as previous receptionists have moved into operational roles.

Manage visitor access and issue passes, including for events with high footfall.
Act as the first point of contact for visitor and staff requests, including ad-hoc support.
Assist with event setup, including managing reception tables and coordinating visitor flow.
Maintain a professional and tidy reception area at all times.
Support the hospitality team with on-site coordination, e.g., food or refreshments for events.
Communicate effectively with internal staff and visitors to ensure smooth operations.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Bubbly, personable, and approachable personality.
Excellent PC skills with experience in Word & Excel
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to create positive first impressions and build rapport quickly.
Confident and professional demeanour in a front-of-house environment.
Friendly, engaging, and customer-focused attitude.
