We are looking for a proactive Workplace Coordinator to be the main point of contact for the client on-site in a modern, multi-tenanted office building.
You will support the client in delivering an exceptional workplace experience, building relationships across the floor and representing the client in all interactions.
Job Description
This role offers the opportunity to make the location your own, work closely with other professionals in similar roles, and attend events hosted by the building owner.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day delivery of facilities services across the site, ensuring all services are timely, safe, and effective.
Assist with managing site facilities, including security, cleaning, health & safety, environmental, maintenance, and office services.
Support business units in the delivery of their operational services.
Manage and lead the site Facilities team to maintain high standards of service.
Oversee financial management, including cost control, budgeting, and invoice handling.
Assist with fixed asset control and financial recording in line with deadlines and company policies.
Ensure all facilities operations comply with organisational standards and procedures.

Strong customer service and engagement skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Good interpersonal and people management skills
Awareness of Health & Safety principles
Adaptable and able to work in a dynamic environment
