About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Administrator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day, can multi-task efficiently, and wants to be part of a friendly, supportive workplace.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing the company calendar and scheduling Goods In deliveries
Liaising with customers, couriers, and hauliers to coordinate collections and deliveries
Checking and confirming customer and courier invoices for accounts
Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong working relationships
Handling multiple tasks and prioritising workloads to meet deadlines
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in customer service or administration is beneficial
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator – both written and verbal
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Competent in using basic computer software (e.g., email, spreadsheets)

Set working hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
