Summary


We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Support Officer to support both the Director of Psychological Professions and the Psychological Professions Network (PPN) London.



This varied role blends administrative, project, communications, and executive support. The post-holder will play a key role in coordinating meetings and events, maintaining data and membership systems, supporting Communities of Practice, and managing content across newsletters, podcasts, websites, and social media.



The role requires excellent organisational, communication, and digital skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks. It is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of the psychological professions agenda, both nationally and regionally.



This role will involve management of diary, appointments, and key communications for the Psychological Professions Network in London.



The post-holder will provide support for the day-to-day delivery of the PPN London work plan and monitor projects, membership lists and national documents.



We are looking for a post-holder with energy, interest in the psychological professions, efficiency and wonderful time management and communication skills.
