If you would like the chance to make a positive difference to the people we support, then please read on…
It is essential for the successful candidate to have a full driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
Where do you fit in?
Our services provide supported accommodation to people recovering from substance and alcohol use, and to those who may have been involved with Criminal Justice Services. We work closely with Pobl’s own treatment services as well as local recovery networks to guide people through their recovery journey and towards independent living.
No two days are the same here. You’ll be part of a team that plays a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred support. As a Project Worker, you’ll lead each shift, oversee the smooth running of the scheme, and manage the Scheme Support Officers on duty.
This is more than just a job, it’s an opportunity to walk alongside people as they rebuild their lives, to be part of their progress and to know that the work you do every day genuinely matters. If you’re ready to bring energy, empathy, and commitment to a role where no two days are the same, we’d love to hear from you.
What we value
At Pobl, our values are simple but powerful: we are positive, connected, and considerate. We’re looking for someone who shares these values and is motivated to work in an environment shaped by them.

Engaging and interacting with the people we support

Delivering workshops relating to tenancy management and health and wellbeing
Liaising with external agencies
Building community links and establishing partnerships that benefit our customers
Supporting with financial awareness and management

This is a challenging role and you will be faced with complex behaviours and needs, including alcohol misuse, mental health, substance misuse, and offending behaviour.
