Job Description
As a Service Coordinator, you’ll manage and log calls and emails from clients, accurately interpreting contractual and operational requirements.
You will play a key role in ensuring the Helpdesk consistently exceeds client expectations, providing timely, effective, and professional support.
This is a great opportunity for someone organised, customer-focused, and keen to contribute to a team delivering world-class facilities management services.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for client calls and emails, logging and processing requests accurately
Identify appropriate solutions and escalate issues when required
Maintain and update facilities management systems (e.g. Maximo) and related records
Provide professional, customer-focused helpdesk support and general administration
Support the account delivery team with administrative tasks and reporting
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal teams
Ensure compliance with company processes, procedures, and client contracts
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer service, contact centre, or administrative role
Strong call handling background with a professional telephone manner
Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to work effectively within a team to achieve shared goals
Highly organised with strong planning and scheduling skills
