Hours: 7.30am – 9.00am, Monday to Friday (7.5 hours per week)

Salary: Grade 2, point 2. £24.413 FTE, pro-rata plus holiday pay. Actual salary: £4,160 pa

Contract: Permanent, part time, term time only (38 weeks per year)

Bollington Cross CE Primary School is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Out of School Club Playworker to join our Breakfast Club team and help create a safe, fun, and welcoming environment where children can thrive. The ideal candidate will be patient, kind, flexible, reliable, and sensitive to the needs of every child.

What you’ll be doing:
• Supervising children and supporting them in fun, creative play activities
• Helping with snacks and personal care where needed
• Making sure play equipment is safe, tidy, and ready for action
• Supporting safety procedures, including fire drills and first aid (if qualified)
• Ensuring children’s safe arrival and departure each day
• Keeping the play space clean and inviting
• Promoting positivity, teamwork, and safeguarding at all times
