Crynodeb
Purpose: Operate and secure the ReportWaste platform and corporate IT estate to agreed SLAs, ensuring uptime, security, data integrity, user support and regulatory compliance.
Key duties (non-exhaustive):
•Cloud & systems operations: Administer AWS/Azure resources, Linux/Windowsservers and containers; patching, performance tuning, monitoring, logging, backupsand DR drills.
•Security & identity: Manage IAM/MFA/SSO (e.g., Azure AD/Okta), keys/certs/TLS,endpoint protection/MDM, vulnerability remediation, SIEM log review, and incidentresponse runbooks.
•Networking & edge: VPCs, firewalls/WAF, VPNs, routing, DDoS protections; latencyand availability monitoring.
•Blockchain integrity ops: Operate hashing/notarisation pipelines; verify chain-statealerts; reconcile integrity reports into audit packs.
•Compliance operations: GDPR data governance and retention, access reviews,CAB/change records, evidence for security audits.
•Service management: Own runbooks, triage 2nd-line tickets, report SLAs, plancapacity; schedule maintenance/change windows.
•Integrations reliability: Maintain external integrations (payments, GIS/maps,comms); manage credentials and rotation; monitor error queues.
•User enablement: Onboarding/offboarding, permissioning, usage guides; liaise withcouncils/contractors on configuration/support.
