The Role – Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming team from September 2025. In this role, you will be supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 1, helping children to engage in lessons and make progress.

You will work closely with the class teacher to support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development, as well as contribute to classroom routines and behaviour management. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting pupils in Key Stage 1, a caring and proactive approach, and the ability to build positive relationships with young children.
