A Vacancy at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced colleague who is keen to support the development of our recently introduced but rapidly expanding Device/CRM service.
The post-holder will be responsible for performing and reporting a wide range of invasive/non-invasive cardiac investigations, and will support the management and development of an effective and efficient angiography and device service.
Our device service includes brady implants, a newly initiated conduction system pacing service, and we are also increasing and enhancing our CRT-P and aspirational CRT-D service.
The post holder will be involved in implantation, on-site follow-up, satellite pacing follow up clinics and the teaching/supervision of junior staff.
With particular interest in our recently initiated Complex Devices CRM service, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Cardiac Physiologist or Clinical Scientist to join our growing invasive team. Based at Peterborough City Hospital, you will provide specialist skills and leadership within a team offering diagnostic angiography and pacing implant and follow up services. Device follow up is provided at multiple sites outside of Peterborough which you will help to provide and co-ordinate. As this service seeks to grow, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop with it in out purpose built Cardiology unit.
We are committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in our workforce and encourage applications from people of all backgrounds, with a special focus on welcoming individuals from disabled, Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic (BAME) communities, as well as those from our local area.
In line with our dedication to employee support, we offer a variety of benefits. For more information, please see the attached staff benefits leaflet.
We strive to create a supportive and inclusive workplace where employees feel valued and empowered to excel in their roles. Join us and become part of a team dedicated to making a positive difference in our community.
