Voids Surveyor needed in Enfield
The rate is £20.10ph PAYE
This is a temporary role
The reference number is: RQ1589888
The successful candidate will inspect and assess vacant properties (voids) to identify necessary repairs or refurbishments before new tenants move in.
They will conduct pre- and post-inspections of void properties, diagnose repair needs and specify works to meet lettable standards and will raise and monitor work orders, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain accurate records and ensure all certification (e.g., gas/electrical safety) is in place.
