Crynodeb
As the Appropriate Adult Project Support Officer, you will: Be a first point of contact for the day-to-day running of the service, including when the Team Lead is out of the office. Organise the Appropriate Adult rota and ensure full coverage. Liaise with local police stations andcustody management. Respond to enquiries from those that use the service. Provide ongoing support and supervision for volunteers. Work with the Team Lead in the volunteer recruitment process including interviewing, organising references and DBS checks. Work with the Team Lead in the provision of volunteer training that meets the standards set by the National Appropriate Adult Network and maintain training records. Produce quarterly data for KPI reports using excel. Use a Data Management System to input volunteer monitoring forms. Develop and maintain links with local community groups, and attracting potential new volunteers, positively representing Teesside Mind at all times. Work with the Team Lead in service design of the project to monitor and improve processes.
