A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Security Site Supervisor, who will manage and develop the Security team in all areas of Security and maintain close working relations. Ensuring the team deliver smooth and efficient running of the Security Service for a corporate destination located in the City of London's financial district, offering 11 floors of flexible workspace, just a few minutes from Moorgate station.Information:Position: Security Supervisor Location: Central London (EC2M)Pay Rate: £14.74 per hourHours: Average 56 hours per weekShifts: 7 on 3 off 7 on 4 off - Days, Nights & WeekendsJob Requirements:SIA Door Supervisor & CCTV Licence required.Experience as a security Team Leader/Supervisor/Lead Officer is required.Ability to organise and motivate team to guarantee optimum performance of the wider security team.Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookAbility to coordinate and provide strategic direction to an administrative back-office function.Gravitas and Resilience to work through complex requirements.Leadership and ability to follow plans through to completion.Experience of security risk assessment, physical security planningTime management & Organisational skillsExcellent verbal & written communication skills, including report writing.Key Responsibilities:Liaise and maintain good customer service relationships with site staff, visitors, customers, and management team.To manage an effective working relationship with all, whilst representing the company.Carry out any tasks and report back as directed or instructed by the customer.Effectively manage On Site Security Operations ensuring that Officers are always working in line with Site Policies and Procedures.Assist in Security investigations into any loss, damage or other incidents affecting property/visitors/staff. Focus on Team Building, training, and development of staff from all sites-based service partners.Manage, Record, and Deliver, Site Training as required to all Officers in line with Customer / CIS requirements. Site training to be performed during weekdays wherever possible and the Site Training Matrix must be maintained and always managed.Oversee the collation of Sickness / lateness records daily and update ready for performance related meetings and monthly reporting.General ResponsibilitiesEnsure that all contractual requirements are fulfilled daily and maintain up to date records.Demonstrate proactive management of the Security Team.Provide relief / break cover for Security Officers if required.Ensure the Assignment Instructions are always maintained / in date and staff are fully aware of any changes to policies and procedures immediately.Ensure that all security personnel under your management are fully acquainted with the Assignment Instructions, Emergency Procedures and any other instructions issued by CIS / Customer.Set high personal standards for others to follow.Maintain a good level of morale and discipline within the team taking into consideration their welfare.Ensure that all staff are regularly briefed.Liaise with the Customer and CIS Account Manager on all matters relating to the security of the premises, including, reporting on matters of discipline and welfare.Ensure that an effective handover takes place at the end of the night shift with theAssist and support the security manager with various tasks to best manage incidents so that the manager has all the details to make final decision.Benefits:Health care plan (HSF)Perk Box (HSF) - discounts & offers from cinema tickets to days outCycle to work schemeTailored Site UniformFirst class training allowing you to develop your skillsA view for career developmentLong service & Employee Recognition awardsAnd much more!!A globally recognised Security Solutions Specialist delivering service excellence, to our Customers, Colleagues, and Communities.
