We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant HR Business Partner to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between the HR department and other business units, supporting the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives. You will assist in fostering a productive, employee-focused environment by providing guidance and support on a range of HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. Responsibilities
Support HR Business Partners in executing HR strategies and initiatives.
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Participate in performance management process, including goal setting and performance reviews.
Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in driving a positive workplace culture.
Conduct employee orientation and onboarding for new hires.
Assist with the development and delivery of training programs for staff.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role or related field.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £27.00
