Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide strategic insights.
Assist in financial audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Provide financial training and support to departmental staff and management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional qualification is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and budgeting practices.
Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel and accounting systems.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.

Pay Per Annum: £41,442.00
