An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in a dynamic, caring Community Therapy Team. We are welcoming Physiotherapists from within Oxford Health.
Working within the Community Health Services, Dentistry and Primary Care Pathway, supporting the planned and unplanned therapy needs of our community, you will be able to make a real difference to the patients of Oxford.
The team is made up of Occupational Therapists, Mental Health Nurse, Physiotherapists, Assistant Practitioners, Rehabilitation Assistants, admin staff and a Clinical Lead and Clinical Specialist.
Main duties of the jobAs an Community Physiotherapist, you will work within a rehabilitation team managing a caseload of clients providing a high quality, appropriate, cost effective and efficient intensive rehabilitation service for adult patients in Oxfordshire.
You will deliver a safe and effective rehabilitative patient care, working in partnership with colleagues in the multidisciplinary team within the community and acute sectors, supporting the efficient use of resources across the whole system delegating duties as appropriate.

Person specification Qualifications Essential criteria- Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy Degree or equivalent
- HCPC registration
- Good knowledge of rehab community services
- Previous NHS or UK Adult social Services
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Car driver
