Production Operative

£32,565 per annum | 2pm - 10pm | Monday to Friday (early finish on Fridays) | Onsite | Full Training Provided About the Role:

We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join our team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a stable and supportive environment, with full training provided and great benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate production equipment following training and supervision.
  • Maintain high-quality standards to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Accurately complete documentation during and at the end of each shift.
  • Report faults, quality issues, or health & safety concerns to the Production Management Team.
  • Keep the work area clean and tidy throughout the shift.
  • Conduct product inspections to ensure quality compliance.
