Claims Handler




Salary: £31,161 per annum with an increase on completion of 6-month probation


Hours: 47-hour contract, working Monday – Friday 8-5 and every other Saturday 8-12.

You will also be rota 'ed to work some bank holidays 8-12.

We are looking for a Claims Handler to join our Accident Repair Centre (or) Team in *Site Location* *insert information from Job

We are creating the next generation of repair centres, driven by a passion for service, quality, and customer focus, and we want

The role will include, but is not limited to:

* Responding to customer enquiries via phone call, emails and webchat
* Processing customer bookings, by telephone and email in line with company processes
* Accurately input data onto Halo’s internal systems
* Manage booking volumes to support all sites throughout the business




What we are looking for?

* At least one year of contact centre experience
* Outbound calling experience
* Excellent computer literacy
