The Role
As a Senior Insurance Account Handler, you'll support clients across the UK, helping them secure the right insurance cover for their businesses. This is a fast-paced and varied role that includes:
• Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Underwriting risks within delegated authority
• Managing the full insurance cycle: new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments
• Delivering exceptional customer service with meticulous attention to detail
• Helping clients navigate the ever-changing insurance landscape
Requirements
• Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English at A-C / 4-9
• At least 5 years' cross class experience in commercial insurance
• Excellent communication skills
• Sharp attention to detail
• A passion for customer service
• Willingness to learn and grow
