Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Housing Asset Management Lead to oversee the strategic planning, design, and delivery of our housing investment programmes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in construction, property, or design, and a passion for improving housing standards through innovative asset management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of multi-year housing asset investment programmes.
- Manage projects from inception through to delivery, ensuring quality, compliance, and value for money.
- Oversee stock condition surveys and translate findings into actionable plans.
- Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and other statutory requirements.
- Implement and refine processes to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of property professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of design and construction techniques to inform decision-making.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align asset strategies with organisational goals.
