We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established property agency in the Northeast, seeking an experienced Lettings Manager or Area Lettings Manager. This is a high-profile leadership role with responsibility for multi-branch lettings operations, where your expertise directly impacts business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop the lettings team across multiple branches, ensuring targets are met and exceeded
Oversee all aspects of residential lettings from property marketing to tenancy agreements, ensuring full compliance with legislation
Drive business growth through proactive landlord acquisition, retention strategies, and marketing initiatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and stakeholders
Monitor branch performance, implementing training and development plans where needed
Maintain high customer service standards and operational excellence
Candidate Requirements
Proven success as a Lettings Manager, Area Lettings Manager, or similar residential property management role
Strong knowledge of lettings legislation, compliance, and best practice (ARLA standards)
Experience managing multi-branch teams with strong leadership and coaching skills
Commercially minded with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Based in the Northeast with a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
