You’ll work closely with the Director of Transformation, executive leaders, and clinical teams to ensure the successful implementation of innovative programmes that focus on operational and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and promote efficiency and transformation programmes with local partners, clinicians, and social care teams.
- Oversee efficiency initiatives across organisations, including South West London ICB, South London and the Maudsley, and Croydon Council.
- Ensure seamless transitions from decision-making to implementation of impactful projects.
- Provide expert analytical and project advice in internal and external working groups.
- Develop robust monitoring processes for accurate, timely reporting of programme progress.
- Engage and inspire stakeholders with clear communication of complex project information.
Essential Experience
To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of leading complex transformation and efficiency programmes within an NHS or healthcare setting. You should bring:
- Demonstrable experience in managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Expertise in navigating NHS operational and clinical systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills at all levels, including executives and clinical teams.
- Familiarity with working across organisational boundaries to drive collaborative change.
