We're seeking a Finance Business Partner to support our growth. Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role manages a portfolio of contracts worth around £30m in revenue, providing commercial financial support to contract managers and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports using systems like SAP, Coupa, and CAFMs.

-Collaborate with contract managers and operational teams to ensure accurate, timely financial data.

-Support budget management, including rolling forecasts, quarterly updates, and annual budgets.

-Identify opportunities and risks early, helping improve forecasts and drive efficiency initiatives.

-Build strong relationships with stakeholders, advising on financial risks and influencing decision-making with insightful reporting.

What You Bring:

-Must have experience as a Finance Business Partner in a similar role or environment

-Recently qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent).

-Experience in complex financial environments, with knowledge of SAP and CAFMs preferred.

-Strong interpersonal skills and commercial awareness.

-Ability to work under pressure, identify opportunities, and provide innovative solutions.

-A proactive team player with the initiative to work independently and influence business performance.
