Key Responsibilities
• Manage engineering contracts with a strong focus on electrical maintenance and compliance• ✅ Ensure full compliance with health & safety, statutory regulations, and company policies - always audit ready• ⚡ Oversee planned and reactive electrical works, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery• Utilise CAFM systems and digital tools to schedule tasks, track performance, and generate reports• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and professional relationships• Lead and support on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure service excellence• ️ Take a hands-on approach - support with holiday cover and assist with office moves when needed• Produce and deliver monthly reports, financial forecasts, and contract performance reviews
What We're Looking For
• ✔️ Proven experience as a Contract Manager with a strong electrical bias• Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition, HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering) highly desirable• ️ Proficient in CAFM systems (e.g., Concept, Planon, Maximo) and other FM tech tools• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills• Based in or able to travel to Loughborough on a daily basis
