The power of good for Britain.Personal Assistant/ Project Support Site Delivery x 2Location: Sizewell C, Leiston, Suffolk (5 days a week onsite).Contract: Permanent, full-time.Salary: circa £36,000 depending on experience, plus benefits.Closing date: Tuesday 9 September 2025 About the RoleWe’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA)/Project Support to provide full secretarial and administrative support to our Site Delivery Leads and wider Senior Leadership Team. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who thrives on managing complex schedules, coordinating travel, and handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Key ResponsibilitiesAs a PA, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of work across multiple project phases. Your responsibilities will include:Managing diaries, travel, and meeting arrangements for senior leadersPreparing presentations, reports, and meeting packsCoordinating internal and external meetings, including minute-takingSupporting rota creation and liaising with departmentsOrganising team events, away days, and social activitiesMaintaining accurate records and document management systemsRaising purchase requisitions and supporting recruitment processesProviding cover for other PAs during short-term absencesWhat You’ll BringWe’re looking for someone who is:Highly organised, methodical, and able to prioritise effectivelyA confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skillsDiscreet and professional when handling sensitive informationComfortable working independently and as part of a teamFlexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environmentEssential Skills & ExperienceProven experience in a PA or team support roleStrong administrative and secretarial skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience managing complex diaries and travel arrangementsAbility to produce professional documents and presentationsDesirableExperience using SAP (raising requisitions, goods receipting)Previous experience in construction or commercial sectorsFamiliarity with project management processes Why Join Us?This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a national mega project that will shape the UK’s energy future.
