Adult Community Team North is a large and supportive team consisting of Social Workers, Occupational Therapists and Social Care Practitioners covering the areas in North Wiltshire.
We work with adults in need over the age of 18 actively listening, collaborating and tailoring plans to enhance well-being. We partner with healthcare providers to prevent crises, emphasising existing support for independence. Our approach seeks local, sustainable solutions and offers diverse intervention and prevention opportunities.
Registration with Social Work England is a must. Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication are essential. Your updated knowledge of relevant legislation, safeguarding vulnerable adults, and an in-depth understanding of Health and Social Care legislation and policy context are vital.
