About Us:
At 567 Club, we provide exceptional care and education for children from birth to 11 years. Our nurturing environment, focus on professional development, and high standards of care make us stand out in the childcare sector.
Your Role:
As Nursery Room Leader, you’ll oversee daily operations, lead a team of Early Years Practitioners, and create meaningful learning experiences for every child. You’ll be the heart of a space where children thrive and staff feel supported.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage room operations, ensuring compliance and excellence
Lead and inspire your team to deliver high-quality education
Build positive relationships with families and the community
Track and support children’s progress
Foster ongoing training and staff development
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in early childhood education/childcare leadership
A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3+)
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Budget/resource management skills a bonus!
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 per year
Location: On-site in Horsforth
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
