Crynodeb
The States of Guernsey are looking for a Registration and Inspection Officer to join the Quality and Patient Safety Team within HSC.
The main function of the role is to register and inspect care homes in Guernsey and prepare reports for the Head of Quality & Patient Safety, Health & Social Care. An inspection service is also provided for Alderney.
Actively participate in implementing new legislation on registration and inspection locally, and monitor compliance with the legislation and voluntary code of practice. Advise staff working in public and private sector homes on relevant subjects and legislation etc.
Provide expert advice to the public and private sector on registration and inspection issues.
