Salary: £27,250 + £1,300 shift allowance + benefits
Location: N, AL, MK, LU, HP, SG, EN, WD & IG
Hours: 40 per week, rolling 5 days out of 7

We’re looking for several Field Service Technicians to join our team, covering the N, AL, MK, LU, HP, SG, EN, WD, and IG postcodes, as well as the wider Greater London area.
This role is ideal for:
Experienced technicians with a background in IT, electronics, or engineering who want to apply their skills in a dynamic, customer-facing role.
Seasoned delivery drivers or other field-based professionals who are great with customers, comfortable travelling between sites, and want to take the next step into a technical career. (Full training provided).
If you enjoy fixing things, have a genuine interest in technology, and like the independence of working on the road, this could be the perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities
Install, service, and repair betting and gaming terminals.
Ensure new shop installations are completed to the highest standards.
Carry out preventive maintenance and respond to service calls.
Coordinate and supervise the removal of equipment when required.
Maintain strong customer relationships, providing clear operating instructions and updates.
Log service visits, incidents, and customer feedback accurately.
What you’ll bring

Strong customer service and confident communication skills.
Good time management and ability to meet targets.
A full UK driving licence.
Previous technical experience is an advantage but not essential – we’ll provide training and support.

You may have experience as a:
Field Service Technician, Field Engineer, IT Support, Maintenance Engineer, Electronics Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Installation Engineer, Technical Support, IT Trainer, Customer Engineer.
Or you may be looking to transition from a customer-facing field role (such as delivery driving) into a long-term technical career.
Qualifications
A passion for technology and the desire and ability to learn new systems
Strong customer service skills
Clear and confident communication skills
Good time keeping and the ability to work to targets
A full UK driving license
Applicants with little experience, but relevant qualifications may also be considered
Previous experience working within a technical role would be preferable, ideally within the gaming / electronics field or IT sector
