London Global Agency is a leading provider of architectural façade solutions, delivering high-quality cladding across iconic London developments. We’re expanding our team and are looking for dedicated, skilled cladding installers to join us on exciting new projects.
Role Overview
As a Cladding Installer, you’ll be responsible for fitting rain-screen systems, metal and composite panels, and other façade elements. You’ll work collaboratively with the site team to deliver clean, safe, and efficient installations.
Key Responsibilities
Install cladding brackets, rails, panels, flashings, and fixtures with precision
Read and follow technical drawings and site plans
Ensure work complies with health and safety standards—PPE and safe working at height
Support site operations, including setup, material handling, and cleanup
Essential Requirements
Valid CSCS card (Blue or Gold)
Minimum 2 years' experience in cladding or façade installation (e.g., rainscreen, curtain walling)
Safe On Site
Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and reliability
Must bring your own basic tools (hand tools, drill, etc.)
Comfortable with manual, outdoor work in all weather conditions
Desirable Qualifications
IPAF or PASMA certification
Previous experience with aluminium, composite, or render rainscreen systems
Full UK driving licence (preferred but not required)

Competitive pay: £18–£22 per hour, negotiable with experience
Regular working hours: typically Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:00
