Do you like to work with people across an org? Do you enjoy analysing things to deduce desired outputs?
Do you like using digital tools to enable your work and present to stakeholders? If the answers are yes, this job could be for you.
As a requirement manager, you will establish networks to maintain communications with stakeholders, Training Delivery Authorities (TDAs) and Training Providers (TPs). Regular liaison will also help identify emerging training requirement.
Your analytical skills would enable you to review any upcoming capabilities and concepts; recent work examples would be AI, cyber, NATO first and nuclear IQ to deduce learning outcomes for the JPME courses. This might require conducting or outsourcing Training Needs Analysis (TNA), coordinating TNA steering groups, and liaising with stakeholders including contractors to embed the new learning requirement onto courses. Alternatively, you might be required to review existing learning outcomes to meet the new requirement. Again, you will be liaising with the TDAs, TPs and other stakeholders when embedding the changes.
Digital skills would be required to validate the courses learning outcomes against MoD needs. In the process, you would design and manage surveys, producing necessary reports to inform TDAs, TPs and stakeholders of findings and recommendations to improve the courses.
There are opportunities to gain formal qualifications in managing the Defence Systems Approach to Training, conducting Training Needs Analysis and completing External Validation activity of existing interventions.
Additionally, there are prospects to further develop your knowledge and skills in Microsoft 365 Apps.
